磷酸缓蚀剂的研究

摘要:
采用失重法和电化学方法对碳钢在磷酸溶液中腐蚀行为及喹啉季铵盐等在磷酸中的缓蚀作用进行试验，结果表明，碳钢在磷酸中的腐蚀速率随磷酸浓度增大而增加，但在磷酸浓度大于４０％以上，碳钢腐蚀速率则随磷浓度增大而变化缓慢。喹啉季铵盐是较好的磷酸缓蚀剂，它与碘化物有协同作用，文中还讨论了缓蚀剂的作用机理。
