根据进料实沸点曲线数据将原油分成20个虚拟组分,利用改进松驰法对原油常压塔进行严格计算,得以最佳松驰系数为1.5,其收敛性好,计算精度高,塔板温度的计算误差最大为3.4%,汽液负荷误差最大为9.76%,为常压塔的优化控制及模拟奠定了基础。 |
