| 调峰型天然气液化装置的特点是规模比较小,主要用于用气不平衡时的调峰用,有的输气管道末端常设计有调峰型天然气液化装置。流程多采用膨胀制冷,虽然能耗较高,但流程简单。本文介绍一种常用的、用氮气为冷却介质的膨胀制冷流程的HYSYS软件计算模型,供从事天然气液化设计人员参考。 |

| Generally the variable-load natural gas liquefaction unit is small and is mainly used in the period of hard up natural gas.Some of the pipeline terminals set this kind of unit.Usually it adopts the expansion refrigeration method,and the process is simple while the energy consuming is high.This article introduces a HYSYS software calculation model which uses the N2 as refrigerant. |
