圆盘塔中CO2吸收的传质动力学研究

摘要:
采用圆盘塔吸收装置,测定水和醇胺溶液吸收CO2的速率。建立吸收传质的动力学模型,研究吸收液流量、浓度对吸收速率的影响。结果 表明,流量为4.8L/h,乙醇胺浓度为0.06%为最佳;乙醇胺溶液中添加甲基胺可明显提高CO2的吸收速率,且混合溶剂中乙醇胺与甲基胺浓度比5∶1为最佳。

Study on Mass Transfer Kinetics of Carbon Dioxide Absorption in Disc Column

Abstract:
In this paper, the CO2 absorption rate of water and ethanolamine solution is measured using disc column absorption device, kinetic model of absorption and mass transfer is built. The impact of flow rate and concentration of absorption liquid on absorption rate is studied. The results show that when the flow rate is 4.8L/h, and ethanolamine concentration is 0.06%, the effect of absorption is the best. The addition of methyl amine to ethanolamine solution can significantly increase the absorption rate of CO2, and the best mixed concentration ratio of ethanolamine and methyl amine is 5∶1.
