| 在天然气净化装置的生产过程中,调节阀具有重要的作用。它直接控制工艺介质,接受DCS发出的控制信号,改变调节参数,把被调参数控制在所要求的范围内,从而实现天然气净化装置的生产过程自动化。本文主要介绍忠县天然气净化厂自投产以来调节阀所出现的主要问题,通过分析故障原因并提出相应的改进措施,以提高调节阀运行的可靠性,从而确保天然气净化装置的平稳运行。 |

| Control valve plays an important role in the natural gas purification process. It can directly control process medium, receive the controlling signal from DCS, adjust correlative parameter to be in the permissible range, and the automatic running of natural gas purification equipments can be realized. In this paper, main problems of control valve occurred in Zhongxian natural gas purification plant are presented and analyzed in detail. The corresponding improvements are introduced to advance the operation reliability of control valve and ensure the natural gas purification equipment to work well. |
