热稳定盐对MDEA溶液脱硫脱碳性能的影响

摘要:
热稳定盐是甲基二乙醇胺(MDEA)脱硫溶液的主要变质产物之一,热稳定盐会影响MDEA溶液的性能。热稳定盐对MDEA溶液脱硫脱碳性能的影响,目前主要依据净化装置脱硫能力的变化和胺液复活前后净化装置脱硫能力的变化进行推断。影响净化装置脱硫能力的因素很多,仅根据工业数据很难准确确定热稳定盐的影响情况。为此,在实验室小型胺法脱硫装置上研究了热稳定盐对MDEA溶液脱硫脱碳性能的影响,并在实验结果的基础上对热稳定盐影响MDEA溶液脱硫脱碳性能的机理进行了探讨,最后根据研究结果对热稳定盐的控制提出了建议。研究结果表明,热稳定盐对MDEA溶液脱硫性能和脱碳性能的影响是不同的,不同性质的热稳定盐对溶液的影响也不一样。

Abstract:
Heat-stable salts(HSS) are the major degradation products of MDEA solution, they will affect the performance of MDEA solution. However, many other factors would affect the H2S removal capacity of the gas purification equipment. It is difficult to accurately determine the effect of HSS on MDEA solution’ s desulfurization and de-carbonization performance only according to industry data. For this reason, the research about the effect of HSS on MDEA solution’ s desulfurization and decarbonization performance has been done in laboratory, and the mechanism is discussed on the basis of experimental results. Finally, some recommendations have been brought forward based on the research results. The research results show that the effects of heat-stable salts on MDEA solution’ s desulfurization performence and decarbonization performence are different, and the effects of HSS with different anion are different too.
