对液化石油气标准的几点认识与探讨

摘要:
通过对炼厂液化石油气、油气田液化石油气产品标准的对比,以及车用液化石油气标准等的认识与探讨,对标准中关于饱和蒸气压、残留物等标准条款,不严谨、不完善的问题进行了探讨,对进一步完善液化石油气(简称:LPG)标准提出了完善检测方法和标准、建立燃料用LPG分级标准、推行LPG产品组分和性质强制标识制度等意见和建议。文章还重点论述了在满足国家标准关于饱和蒸汽压规定的前提下,提高LPG中的乙烷含量的可行性(甚至超10%),不仅不存在"不耐烧、不安全、不好用"的问题,还能大幅提高企业的LPG产量,经济效益十分显著,具有较强的参考价值。

Abstract:
Based on the contrast of LPG standard of the refinery,LPG standard of the oil and gas field and LPG standard for vehicles, this article discusses the standard clauses of the saturated vapor pressure and residue terms, which are not rigorous and perfect. The article puts forward suggestions to perfect LPG standard:perfect examination method and standard, build up classification standard of LPG fuel, promote compulsory labeling system of LPG productcomposition and property. The article mainly discusses the feasibility of increasing the ethane content in LPG(even more than 10%) on the premise of meeting the national standard for the saturated vapor pressure. It can not only solve the problems of no resistance to burn,insecurity and use inconveniently, but also significantly raise the LPG yield of the enterprise which has remarkable economic benefits and significant reference value.
