分子筛干燥系统是集气处理深度脱水的关键装置。本文简述了大涝坝集气处理站分子筛粉化和结块严重、湿容量低、脱水效果差的现状,通过对失效分子筛实验研究以及对脱水系统影响因素的全面分析,找到其失效快的原因,并提出优化措施。 |

Molecular sieve dehydration system is the key device of the deep dehydration in gas collection processing.This paper introduces briefly the present situation of the Dalaoba Gas-Collectiion Station about the serious pulverization and agglomeration of molecular,low wet capacity,and poor dehydration effect.By experimental research on the ineffective molecular sieve and comprehensive analysis of the influencing factors on dewatering system,the quick invalidity reason has been found and the optimization measures are put forward. |
