| 分析了四川化石能源的生产消费现状,并提出四川化石能源不足且能源品质低、开采难度大,其生产和消费结构与能源储有结构相悖,能源消耗强度高,利用率低,CO2排放量大。在面对经济和环境兼顾的低碳发展背景下,对四川化石能源的发展提出了建议。 |

| Abstract: |
| This paper analyzed production and consumption situation of fossil fuel in Sichuan province.It showed that fossil fuel in Sichuan suffered from insufficiency,low quality,difficult mining,contradiction between production-consumption structure and energy storage structure,high intensity and low utilization in energy consumption and high carbon dioxide emission.Under the low-carbon development with the consideration of economics and environment,the proposals for fossil fuel development in Sichuan province are put forward. |
