| 摘要: |
| 解决了普光净化厂尾气处理装置实际生产中遇到的问题。运用实地测量、化验分析、试验比对等方法,对加氢炉点炉程序进行了优化。对尾气焚烧炉振动原因做了分析,并提出了解决方案。对烟囱排放尾气成分进行分析,解决了尾气含水分过高的问题。采取措施解决了尾气排放SO2超标的问题。以上问题的解决,保证了尾气处理单元平稳、高效的运行。 |

| Abstract: |
| Aimed at the practical operation problems of tail gas treatment unit in Puguang natural gas purification plant,the lightening process of hydro-treating heater is optimized by field measurement,chemical analysis,test comparison and other analysis method.The vibration reason of tail gas incinerators is studied and a solution is introduced.After analyzing the chemical compositions of tail gas from chimney,the water content of tail gas is decreased.Excessive sulfur dioxide content of exhausted tail gas is also inhabited by taking measures.The solution of the above problems can guarantee the smooth and efficient running of tail gas treatment unit. |
