| 针对川西北气矿轻烃回收装置的情况,对影响轻烃回收率的因素进行了深入分析,提出了提高轻烃回收率的一系列整改措施。主要包括:膨胀机改造、调整膨胀比、控制密封气压力、调节喷嘴开度。采取以上措施后,取得了明显的经济效果。 |

| Aimed at the application situation of light hydrocarbon plant of northwestern Sichuan Gas District of PetroChina Southwest Oil & Gasfield Company,this paper deeply analyzed the factors affecting the light hydrocarbon yield.Then,a series of reform measures to improve the light hydrocarbon yield were proposed,which included expander amelioration,expansion rate adjustment,pressure of the seal gas control and opening degree of nozzle adjustment.The result showed that the obvious effect can be obtained after taking above measures. |
