高温多元热流体注采中管材腐蚀分析

摘要:
室内进行了高温多元热流体注采中管材遭受腐蚀破坏的模拟腐蚀评价,采用灰关联分析方法对腐蚀数据进行了分析。结果 表明,含水率和CO2分压对油管钢腐蚀有显著影响,流速、温度和O2分压有较显著影响。针对腐蚀特点,主要考虑选用耐冲刷作用的高温CO2腐蚀缓蚀剂,以降低注热油管的腐蚀。

Corrosion analysis of oil pipe in injection exploitation of high temperature multicomponent thermal fluid

Abstract:
Corrosion failure of oil pipe was happened during the injection exploitation of high temperature multicomponent thermal fluid.The corrosion datum was analyzed by grey relational method.The results showed that water content and CO2 partial pressure had the most notable effect on the corrosion of oil pipe,and flow velocity,temperature and O2 partial pressure had more remarkable effect.Aimed at the corrosion characteristics of oil pipe,the high temperature CO2 corrosion inhibitor with abrasion resistance should be chosen to reduce corrosion.
