低渗透油田超低界面张力表面活性剂降压增注研究

摘要:
针对临盘低渗透区块水井注入压力高的问题,开展了室内低渗透岩心低界面张力表面活性剂降压驱替实验,实验筛选的烷醇酰胺(6501)与羧基甜菜碱(CBET)复配体系能与该区块含蜡原油界面张力达到10-3 mN/m数量级。实验通过注入一定量的原油来模拟储层中的残余油以及注入水中油滴对孔道的堵塞作用,水驱压力平衡后再转注表面活性剂溶液,考察活性剂的降压能力。结果 表明:复配体系为0.01%6501+0.01%CBET时降压效果最好,压降率为19.56%。

Research on depressurization and augmented injection for ultra low interfacial tension surfactants in low permeability reservoirs

Abstract:
In order to solve the problem of high water injection pressure in Linpan low permeability reservoirs,lab experiments of low interfacial tension surfactants displacement with low permeability cores were carried out.The value of interfacial tension between alkanolamide(6501)/carboxyl betaineall(CBET)combination systems and Linpan oil can reach the order of 10-3 mN/m.A certain amount of crude oil was injected into cores to simulate pore jams by the residual oil and oil droplets in injection water.After pressure balance of water flooding,surfactant solutions were injected to investigate the depressurization ability,the results showed that 0.01% 6501-0.01% system had the best depressurization effect,and the depressurization rate was 19.56%.
