文章介绍了油气开采作业废液来源、组成及混凝处理存在的问题,结合废液特点及混凝剂作用机理,制备了含硼多核无机高分子混凝剂(BPSAF),再在BPSAF中通过加入AM、DM-DAAC有机单体合成了分子结构链上既含有多核无机高价离子,又含有机高分子链结,稳定性较好的含硼多核无机有机高分子混凝剂(CPC)。通过与较常规混凝剂处理效果比较可知,CPC混凝剂具有更好的混凝效果,对水质适应性较好。同时,采用FTIR、SEM、X衍射对制备的BPSAF、CPC及原料混合产品对比分析,研究表明所制备的CPC不是简单的原料混合,而是一种通过化学反应得到的高分子结构。 |

This paper introduced the source and composition of waste liquid of oil and gas production,and problems existed during coagulation treatment.Based on the mechanism of coagulant combined with the characters of waste liquid,we prepared boron-containing polynuclear inorganic polymer coagulant(BPSAF),and then synthesized a certain boron-containing polynuclear inorganic-organic polymer coagulant(CPC) by introducing AM and DMDAAC,which contains both polynuclear inorganic polyvalent ions and organic polymer chain,and has good stability.Compared with formal coagulant,CPC showed better coagulation effects,and better adaptability to water quality.We also analyzed BPSAF,CPC and raw materials mixture by FTIR,SEM and X-ray diffraction,and the results showed that the CPC prepared is not a mixture of raw materials,but a novel polymer. |
