摘要: |
以天然材料与乙烯基单体进行接枝共聚合成了超高密度钻井液用分散剂 JZ-1,对相对分子质量调节剂、单体AMPS用量和天然材料与乙烯基单体配比等因素对分散剂性能的影响进行了考察。通过IR对共聚物进行了红外表征,借助热分析对共聚物进行了热稳定性评价,利用Zeta电位仪对重晶石表面电位进行了考察,并对其在钻井液中的分散性能进行了室内评价。研究结果表明,分散剂在不同类型的基浆中均表现出良好的分散性能,并且在密度为2.8 g/cm3的钻井液中加入JZ-1,可使体系漏斗黏度由282 s降低至130 s,显著地提高了钻井液的流变性和沉降稳定性。 |

Abstract: |
Ultra-high density drilling fluid dispersant JZ-1 was synthesized by graft copolymerization of natural materials and vinyl monomer. The effects of molecular weight regulator, AMPS and raw materials ratio on the dispersant properties were studied. Copolymerization was characterized with IR. Thermal stability of copolymer was measured by thermal analysis. Barite surface potential was studied by Zeta potential instrument. The mud properties of copolymer as dispersant for drilling fluids were evaluated in laboratory. The experimental results showed that funnel viscosity decreased from 282 s to 130 s when 2% JZ-1 were added to the drilling fluid with the density of 2.8 g/cm3, and the rheology behavior and sedimentation stability of drilling fluid were improved significantly. |
