摘要: |
油气勘探钻井作业由于其特殊性,噪声产生与排放难以避免。2018年《环保税法》开始实施执行,为了进一步加强对钻井作业噪声治理控制,减少或避免噪声税的交纳,了解钻井作业噪声实际产生排放情况十分必要。分析了四川油气田井场布局及钻井作业主要声源情况,详细监测调研分析了四川油气田主要钻机类型作业的边界噪声情况,分析提出了一些针对性的防控措施,列举分析了一些控制实施应用案例,可供油气田环保工作者和相关管理人员参考。 |

Because of the particularity in oil and gas drilling operation, the noise emission can’t be avoided. Since the “environmental protection tax law” would be implemented in 2018, it is necessary to understand the actual production and distribution of noise from drilling operation, strengthen the noise control, and reduce or even avoid the noise tax payment. This paper analyzed the drilling type, dynamic power equipment configuration and site layout, and the main sound source during drilling operation based on detailed monitoring data in Sichuan oil and gas field. The prevention and control measures with application case were also proposed. This study would provide a reference for similar research and management practice. |
