液化石油气标准物质的研究

摘要:
以液化石油气为代表的混合轻烃各组分的饱和蒸气压不同,如何对其准确地定量分析和溯源一直是石化行业的分析难题。研制了液化石油气的气体和液体标准物质,通过对比气体标准物质和液体标准物质在充装质量和量值准确性方面的差别,提出了采用活塞钢瓶制备液化石油气标准液体,保证了实际进样分析的相态一致性,提供准确的分析量值,提高了标准物质的使用周期。

Study on preparation of liquefied petroleum gas reference material

Abstract:
It was a difficult problem to analyze and trace the exact value of light hydrocarbon mixtures such as liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) in petrochemical industry due to the difference of saturated vapor pressure of each component. In this paper, the gas and liquid reference material of LPG was prepared. Through comparing the filling quality and quantity value accuracy of two types of samples, the result showed that the LPG liquid reference material prepared by piston cylinder could ensure the actual phase consistency of sample analysis, and provide accurate analysis of the value and improve the using cycle of reference material.
