天然气计量系统性能现场测试评价方法探讨

摘要:
对于天然气计量系统目前多是单独对其中的计量器具进行实验室量值溯源,但是由于计量器具运输不当、工作环境与实验室环境差异、现场维护不当等因素可能影响计量器具的计量性能,加之计量系统的复杂性,很难及时发现问题所在。因此,定期对天然气计量系统进行现场评价,对保障计量系统性能至关重要。但目前的评价方法主要是从资料收集、现场查验、不确定度评定等方面进行评价,且多为引用标准或规范,缺少计量系统性能现场测试方法及案例,实施难度较大。在归纳计量系统相关计量器具测试方法的基础上,提出天然气计量系统性能现场测试评价实施方法,并用此方法对某天然气输气站的计量系统进行现场测试评价,发现计量系统存在的问题。通过现场应用,取得较好效果。 

Performance evaluation of natural gas metering system based on field test

Abstract:
This paper gives some methods of field test and evaluation of the performance of the natural gas metering system with the basis of summarizing the test methods of metering instruments relating to a natural gas metering system. Taking a class A trade metering station as an example, the performance of the metering system is tested and evaluated. Through the evaluation, it is found that the ultrasonic flowmeter, temperature meter and flow computer of the station do not reach the accuracy requirements of the class A trade metering station. The application of the on-site evaluation method of the metering system is described with this example, and it is explained that the on-site evaluation of the metering system is necessary. In order to run the system accurately and reliably, it is suggested that an on-site performance evaluation should be carried after getting the traceability of each metering instrument of the metering system.
