川中含硫区块回注井油套管腐蚀及缓蚀剂防护

摘要:
川中地区气田水在回注过程中暴露出井下管束断落、腐蚀穿孔及窜漏等现象。其中,由于腐蚀导致停注的回注井占停注井的35%以上。从腐蚀评价结果发现,川中含硫区块在役回注井油套管处于中度和严重腐蚀,温度升高腐蚀加剧,且呈现局部腐蚀特征。通过对缓蚀剂溶解性和防腐效果评价,筛选出适合川中含硫区块回注井的井下油套管缓蚀剂CT2-19C,其液相缓蚀率>80%。 

Abstract:
At present, the downhole technology of water reinjection wells in central Sichuan area can meet the requirement of produced water reinjection, but the phenomena of tube bundle break down, corrosion perforation and channeling leakage were exposed in the process of reinjection. The reinjection wells that have been shut down due to corrosion accounted for more than 35% of the shut-down wells. The corrosion evaluation result showed that the reinjection well casing in service in sulfur-containing block of central Sichuan was in moderate and serious corrosion, and the corrosion was intensified with the increase of temperature, showing local corrosion characteristics. Through the evaluation of corrosion inhibitor solubility and inhibition effect, the inhibitor CT2-19C was selected and suitable for reinjection wells in sulfur-containing blocks of central Sichuan area, the liquid-phase corrosion inhibition rate was more than 80%.
