基于质量平衡法的加臭剂四氢噻吩品质鉴定方法

摘要:
目的 规范和补充天然气用有机硫化合物加臭剂品质鉴定方法,解决单一气相色谱法定性不准确及定量不全面的技术问题。方法 应用气相色谱?质谱联用法对四氢噻吩加臭剂进行品种定性,分别采用质量平衡法、气相色谱法、卡尔·费休法、电感耦合等离子体质谱法(ICP-MS)测定了四氢噻吩加臭剂中有机化合物、水分及金属无机杂质的含量,计算得到四氢噻吩加臭剂纯度。结果 四氢噻吩定性分析谱图与标准谱图的匹配率达到96%以上,质量平衡法克服了由于化合物不同理化性质造成的响应值差异而无法准确测定主要成分含量的缺点,最终质量分数定量分析结果达到99.703%。结论 与标准品标称值相比较,质量平衡法的纯度定量结果更吻合,证明该方法准确可靠,可作为有机硫化合物加臭剂的品质鉴定方法。

Quality identification method of odorant tetrahydrothiophene based on mass balance method

Abstract:
Objective The study aims to standardize and enhance the quality identification method of organic sulfur compound odorant for natural gas and solve the technical problems of single gas chromatography with inaccuracies in qualitative determination and incomprehensiveness in quantitative determination. Method The qualitative analysis of tetrahydrothiophene odorant was conducted using gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS). The content of organic compounds, moisture, and metal inorganic impurities in tetrahydrothiophene odorant were determined respectively by mass balance method combined with gas chromatography, Karl Fischer method and inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS), with the result that the purity of tetrahydrothiophene odorant was calculated. Result The match rate between the tetrahydrothiophene qualitative analysis spectrogram and the standard spectrogram was more than 96%. The mass balance method overcomes the disadvantage that the principal component content could not be accurately determined due to the difference of response values caused by different physicochemical properties of different substances, and the final purity quantitative analysis results reached 99.703%. Conclusion The quantitative results of purity are consistent with the nominal values of standard materials, which proves that the method is accurate and reliable, and can be used as a quality identification method for organic sulfur compounds odorant.
