摘要: |
深、浅层页岩气由于地区、井深、油基钻井液体系的不同,产生的油基岩屑特性也可能存在差异。为此,采集了川渝地区5个深、浅层页岩气油基岩屑样品,分析了深、浅层页岩气预处理前后油基岩屑及脱油残渣中重金属、多环芳烃(PAHs)和石油烃的污染特性。结果 表明:在预处理前后,油基岩屑中的石油烃含量均超过GB 5085.6-2007《危险废物鉴别标准 毒性物质含量鉴别》限值要求;重金属、PAHs含量较低,均未超过GB 36600-2018《土壤环境质量 建设用地土壤污染风险管控标准(试行)》中第二类用地的筛选值限值;热脱附处理后脱油残渣中的石油烃、重金属、PAHs含量均低于GB 5085.6-2007。 |

Research on pollution characteristics of oil-base cuttings from deep and shallow shale gas development |

The characteristics of oil-based cuttings from the drilling of deep and shallow shale gas wells may be different, originating from the regional differences and oil-based drilling fluid systems applied. In this study, five samples of oil-based cuttings from deep and shallow shale gas in Sichuan and Chongqing were collected. The pollution characteristics of the oil-based drilling cuttings and the associated pyrolysis residues from deep and shallow shale gas development were analyzed, mainly the contents of heavy metals, polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons (PAHs) and petroleum hydrocarbons. The results showed that the petroleum hydrocarbon contents of oil-based cuttings and pyrolysis residues after pretreatment exceeded the limit requirements of GB 5085.6-2007 Identification Standards for Hazardous Wastes-Identification for Toxic Substance Content. Besides, the contents of heavy metals and PAHs were low, and none of them exceeded the risk screening values for the type Ⅱ land in GB 36600-2018 Risk Control Standard for Soil Contamination of Development Land. The contents of petroleum hydrocarbons, heavy metals, and PAHs in the pyrolysis residues after thermal desorption treatment were also lower than the standard limits of GB 5085.6-2007. |
