目的 深入探究气田甲烷减排路径,为上游天然气生产工业甲烷控排管理提供建议和参考。方法 通过分析国内上游天然气生产工业甲烷排放源项,探讨甲烷减排措施及难点,就气田甲烷减排提出相关建议。 结果 参照政府间气候变化委员会(IPCC)提供的三个层级,总结了新的排放源分类,对比四类减排措施,认为目前能源供应改造工程和甲烷泄漏检测与修复工程工艺相对成熟,减排效果较好,但甲烷控排的推进存在硬减排潜力不足、无甲烷排放量监测设备和未建立本土化排放因子三大难点。 结论 为顺利实现“双碳”目标,建议加强气体回收技术攻关,引导企业自愿减排和提升行业甲烷减排积极性,同时还要加快建立本土化排放因子库和甲烷监测标准方法,支撑各类减排技术和措施的应用,有效衡量减排效果,推动天然气行业减排成果的国内国际互认。 |

Methane emission reduction measures and difficulties in upstream natural gas production industry |

Objective To further investigate the pathways for reducing methane emissions in the gas fields and offer recommendations and references for managing methane emissions in domestic upstream natural gas production industry. Method Through the analysis of methane emission sources in domestic upstream natural gas production industry, methane emission reduction measures were discussed, difficulties in emission reduction were analyzed, and relevant suggestions were put forward for the next step of methane emission reduction in gas fields. Result According to the three levels of the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC), the classification of new emission sources was summarized, and four types of emission reduction measures were compared. It was concluded that the current energy supply transformation project and methane leakage detection and repair engineering process are relatively mature, and the emission reduction effect is good. However, three formidable obstacles impede the next phase of methane emission control: insufficient emission reduction potential, lack of methane emission monitoring equipment, and the absence of localized emission factors. Conclusion To successfully achieve the carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals, the study suggests strengthening research on gas recovery technology, guiding enterprises to reduce emissions voluntarily, and enhancing the industry's enthusiasm for methane emission reduction. Concurrently, it is necessary to accelerate the establishment of localized emission factor database and methane monitoring methodologies. These efforts will underpin the application of diverse emission reduction technologies and measures, facilitate accurate measurement of emission reduction efficacy, and promote the international recognition of China's natural gas industry's emission reduction achievements. |
