炼厂混合C4催化裂解制丙烯

摘要:
采用Ce和La对HZSM-5分子筛进行改性,考察在常压连续固定床反应器上混合C4烃催化裂解制低碳烯烃反应的催化性能,并对催化剂进行了S-BET、XRD表征。本文详细考察了反应温度、硅铝比及催化剂稳定性等各种因素对催化性能的影响。结果 表明,改性后催化剂的催化裂解性能明显优于未改性的催化剂,其中以Ce改性催化效果较好,在480℃时反应较适宜,丙烯在反应后的气体中体积含量达到29.8%。

Abstract:
HZSM-5 zeolite modified by Ce and La was studied on performance of production of propylene and ethylene from C4 olefins by catalytic cracking in the fixed-bed reactor at atmospheric pressure, and catalyst was characterized by the S-BET and XRD. In this paper, a detailed study was done about effects of the reaction temperature, Si-Al ratio and the stability of catalyst and so on. The results showed that properties of the modified catalytic cracking catalysts are better than non-modified catalyst,and the catalyst modified by Ce has a better catalytic performance. The optimal reaction temperature is 480℃, and the volume of propylene reaches 29.8% of the gas after reaction.
