天然气中含有的微量汞对轻烃回收装置的铝合金板翅式换热器(简称:冷箱)具有极强的腐蚀性,若未及时脱除,在一定工况和时间内,将造成铝合金换热器腐蚀穿孔,引发气体泄漏、装置停产,造成巨大的经济损失和安全隐患,危害极大。该文介绍了雅克拉集气处理站(简称:雅站)主冷箱发生的汞腐蚀刺漏,经技术论证后在分子筛干燥塔后加装脱汞工艺流程,采用浸渍硫的活性炭将天然气中的汞含量脱至0.01μg/m3,以确保装置长期安全、平稳、高效运行,具有较大的借鉴意义。 |

Little mercury in gas induced a strong corrosion for plate-fin heat exchanger (cool box for short) made of Aluminum alloy, which was used as light hydrocarbon device. Gas escaped even production was stopped because of the pitting-corrosion, which caused great financial losses but also security risk unless we remove mercury immediately. This paper introduced the corrosion caused by mercury in Yakela gas condensate treating station(Station Ya for shot),and then authentication of mercury removing technology carried out after the process of dehydration by molecular sieve, which reduced mercury value to 0.01μg/m3 with activated carbon impregnated with sulfur, presenting a useful effort for safe and secure routine production. |
