压裂支撑剂破碎率测试影响因素分析

摘要:
破碎率是压裂支撑剂性能评价的关键技术指标,是选择和使用支撑剂的重要依据。按照SY/T5108-2006标准,从测试步骤和所用仪器方面,对陶粒支撑剂破碎率测试过程中的影响因素进行分析。研究结果表明:测试中分样、过筛、称量、加压等过程及产品本身质量都将影响产品破碎率,其中顶筛孔径偏大,振筛时间过长,破碎室内径过大、硬度偏高都将导致破碎率值偏大。

Abstract:
The crushing rate is one of key technique index in evaluating property of fracturing proppant, which is an important basis for choosing and using fracturing proppant. In accordance with SY/T 5108-2006 standard, influencing factors of the crushing rate were analyzed from the procedures and equipments of the testing. Results show that the crushing rate was influenced by separation of samples, screening, weighing and pressure in the testing, as well as the quality of the product itself, thereinto, larger aperture of upper sieve, longer time of sieve’s vibration, bigger interior diameter and higher hardness would lead to a higher crushing rate than the real one.
