研究了3号喷气燃料馏程测定重复性精密度的确定方法。对影响馏程测定重复性精密度的因素进行了分析,对符合实验标准的蒸馏条件进行了选择。改变蒸馏电压,设计了16组正交实验,分别测定分析3个产地的3号喷气燃料的馏程,并计算出重复性精密度的具体数值。研究表明,不同产地的喷气燃料虽然组成有差异,但对应回收温度的重复性数据基本一致,不同产地的平均值可作为3号喷气燃料的重复性精密度数值。 |

Abstract: |
A method on repeatability precision of distillation range in jet fuel was studied. Several factors which affect repeatability precision of distillation range were analyzed and the distillation conditions according with experimental standard were choosen. Orthogonal experimentations of 16 were designed through changing distillation voltage. Then distillation ranges in jet fuel from three producing areas were tested. Numerical values were calculated by analysis of distillation ranges. The results indicate that repeatability precisions of distillation temperature corresponding with the percent recovered in No.3 jet fuel from different producing areas are consistent in despite of their difference on component. |
