摘要: |
以小晶粒USY为催化剂的主要载体组分,以Mo-Ni为加氢成分,进行了化工原料型加氢裂化催化剂的开发。200mL一段串联加氢装置评价结果表明,在控制原料>177℃馏分油60%(φ)转化率的条件下,C5+液收97.2%,加氢裂化生成油中化工原料馏分的总收率为70.62%(w)。重石脑油芳潜为40.7%(w),是良好的重整进料;尾油BMCI值为6.1,是优质的乙烯裂解原料。 |

A kind of Mo-Ni hydrocracking catalyst of chemical material type is developed using small crystal USY as supports.The test results of the catalyst evaluated on a 200 mL single-stage hydrocracking unit show that C+5 liquid yield is 97.2 wt%,chemical product yield is 70.62 wt%,under the conditions that the material temperature is more than 177 ℃ and the conversion of distillate oil is 60 φ%.Meanwhile,the heavy naphtha with high aromatic potentiality of 40.7 wt% is excellent reforming feedstock,and the tail oil with low BMCI value of 6.1 is superior ethylene cracking feedstock. |
