| 从催化剂活性、使用寿命、硫磺转化率和硫磺回收装置烟气SO2排放浓度等方面介绍了CT系列硫磺回收催化剂在镇海炼化两套硫磺回收装置中处理S Zorb再生烟气的应用情况。两年的运行结果表明,装置各项操作参数正常,催化剂保持较高活性,催化剂的抗硫酸盐化、抗漏氧性能良好,处理S Zorb再生烟气后的装置烟气中SO2排放质量浓度达到国家标准GB 16297-1996《大气污染物综合排放标准》的要求。 |

| The application of the CT series catalysts in two sets of sulfur recovery units which processed S Zorb flue gas in Zhenhai Refining & Chemical Company are introduced in terms of catalyst activity,service life,the conversion of sulfur and the SO2 emission consistence of sulfur recovery unit.The operation for two years shows that operation parameters of the unit is regular,the catalyst maintains a high activity,the anti-sulfation and anti "oxygen leakage" property is good,the SO2 emission consistence of sulfur recycle unit which has treated S Zorb flue gas to meet the requirements of GB 16297-1996 Integrated emission standard of air pollutants. |
