多种腐蚀监测系统在高峰站的应用

摘要:
基于酸性油气田腐蚀机理和主要特征,以及各监测技术的原理和现场应用经验,将腐蚀电化学噪声、电阻探针和氢探针技术进行整合,形成具有全方位的腐蚀监测系统,并在中国石油西南油气田公司重庆气矿高峰站得到了应用。各种监测技术获得的信息既可互补又可相互印证,极大地提高了监测系统对各种腐蚀形态信息的全面捕获能力和可靠性。

Abstract:
Based on corrosion mechanism and main features of the acidic oil and gas fields,as well as the principle of corrosion monitoring techniques and field application experience,the corrosion electrochemical noise,resistance probe and hydrogen probe technology are integrated to be a comprehensive corrosion monitoring system,which was applied in Gaofeng gathering gas station.The information obtained by various corrosion monitoring techniques can be complemented and confirmed mutually,which greatly improves the capacity and reliability of the corrosion monitoring system to obtain various corrosion information.
